Privacy policy

Who we are

This policy explains how BuzzPost (Likeli) collects and uses personal information, in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, phone number (optional) and a password stored as a one way hash.
• Orders: the links you submit, quantities, amounts and order history.
• Payments: amount, method and the reference you enter. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and the cookies listed below.
• Messages you send to support.

How we use it

• To create and run your account and to fulfil orders.
• To process top-ups and prevent fraud.
• To answer support requests and send service messages about your orders and account.
• To send marketing messages only if you agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

To fulfil an order we pass the link and quantity to our service provider. We do not pass your name, email or phone to it.

Payment details go to the payment provider you choose. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies

• A session cookie that keeps you logged in.
• A language cookie that remembers your preferred language.
• A referral cookie that remembers who invited you, for 30 days.

Retention and security

We keep account and order data while the account is active and for the period required by accounting and tax law. Passwords are hashed and connections to the site are encrypted.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, subject to the law. Write to support@likeli.co.il and we will answer within 30 days.
