What an SMM panel is and how it works
4 min read
An SMM panel is a website where you order social media promotion services: followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers and shares. You top up an account balance, pick a service from a price list, paste a public link, and delivery starts automatically. Prices are per 1,000, and every service shows its start time, speed and refill period. SMM stands for social media marketing.
This article explains what a panel sells, how an order works, how a panel differs from a package shop and what to check before you choose one.
What you can order on an SMM panel
A panel brings hundreds or thousands of services for dozens of platforms into one place. The common ones:
- Followers for a profile, page or channel, for example Instagram followers or Telegram channel members
- Likes for a post, reel or video
- Views for videos, reels, stories and live streams
- Comments, including comments you write yourself
- Shares, saves and poll votes
Likeli has thousands of services for more than 40 platforms, all listed in the price list.
How an order works
- Top up your balance. You pay in advance, in shekels, and the balance stays in your account for later orders.
- Choose a service. Compare the price per 1,000, start time, daily speed and refill period.
- Paste a link. A public link to the profile, post or video, plus the quantity. No password is needed.
- The order runs on its own. Status, start count and progress appear in your order list.
If an order can't be delivered in full, the undelivered part goes back to your balance. If numbers drop after the order completes, services with a refill period let you request a free refill from the order page. The difference is explained in the article on drop and refill.
SMM panel vs. package shop
Most sites in this field in Israel are package shops: you choose a package such as "1,000 followers", pay by card and receive it. A panel works differently:
- Price: a shop sells a fixed package. A panel prices per 1,000, and the quantity is flexible between the service's minimum and maximum.
- Choice: a shop usually has one or two services per type. A panel has dozens that differ in quality, speed and refill period.
- Transparency: a panel shows each service's start time, speed and refill period before you pay, and the status and start count after.
- Balance: on a panel you pay once and order as often as you like, with automatic refunds to the balance.
- API: a panel lets another system place orders automatically, which is what resellers and agencies use.
A shop is simpler for a single order. A panel pays off when you order repeatedly, compare services or manage several accounts. A detailed price comparison is in the price guide.
Why prices differ so much between services
On the same panel, Instagram followers can cost a few shekels per 1,000 or several tens of shekels. The price depends on:
- Account quality: accounts with a photo and posts cost more than empty ones.
- Refill period: a service with a 30- or 365-day refill costs more than one without, because the provider commits to replacing what drops.
- Speed and delivery style: gradual, natural-looking delivery sometimes costs more than fast delivery in one go.
- Audience: services targeted at one country cost more than worldwide ones.
So compare services by price together with the refill period, not by price alone.
What to check before you choose a panel
- No password. A trustworthy panel needs only a public link. Anyone asking for a password or account access puts the account at risk.
- Prices in shekels and local payment. Bit, PayBox, bank transfer or card, without currency conversion.
- Written rules. A refund policy and refill terms you can read before paying.
- Order tracking. Status, start count and remaining quantity.
- Support in your language and full business details on the site.
What to know before ordering
Social networks forbid inauthentic activity in their terms of use and periodically remove accounts they identify as such. Some numbers can therefore drop over time, which is what the refill period is for. Numbers also don't replace content: followers and likes help a profile look active and established, but content is what makes people stay. Order amounts that fit the size of the account, and don't run two orders for the same link at the same time.
SMM panel for resellers
Likeli has an API in the standard SMM panel format: service list, order, status, refill, cancel and balance. Agencies and marketers connect it to their own site or system and resell the services to their clients. The documentation is in the account area after signing up.
Questions and answers
What is the difference between an SMM panel and a digital agency?
An agency builds strategy, writes content and runs campaigns for a monthly fee. An SMM panel is a self-service shop: you pick a service, pay by quantity, and delivery is automatic.
Do I need to give my password?
No. A public link to the profile, post or video is enough. Never give a password to any promotion service.
What does price per 1,000 mean?
It is the price of 1,000 units of the service: followers, likes or views. At 20 ₪ per 1,000, an order of 500 costs 10 ₪. The exact amount is shown before you confirm the order.
How fast does an order start?
It depends on the service. Some start right after payment, others within a few hours. Each service lists its start time and daily speed.
What happens if an order isn't delivered?
On Likeli the undelivered part goes back to your balance automatically, and the order is marked partial or canceled.
